Additional Ingredients 1 x 200 g tin tuna, drained and lightly flaked +/- 100 g Feta cheese, finely diced baby spinach leaves, washed and dried additional chopped parsley, mint and spring onion to garnish

Optional Ingredients 50 ml flaked or slivered almonds, lightly toasted 30 ml glacé cherries, finely diced
To Serve and Garnish reserved whipped cream reserved chocolate shavings reserved almonds 2 glacé cherries, quartered (optional)
