Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Tastic Brown Rice
  • 1 cup Lentils
  • 1 cup Peas, fresh
  • 250 ml Low fat salad dressing

Method:

  1. Soak lentils for an hour. Cook Tastic brown rice with lentils following instructions on pack. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cook peas seperately without salt, drain and leave to cool.
  3. When all ingredients are cool, add salad dressing and serve. Enjoy!

Chef's Tip: Replace fresh peas with drained, canned peas.

Cooking Time: 1:30 hr
