Ingredients:
- 1 cup Tastic Brown Rice

1 cup Lentils

1 cup Peas, fresh

250 ml Low fat salad dressing
Method:
- Soak lentils for an hour. Cook Tastic brown rice with lentils following instructions on pack. Set aside to cool.
- Cook peas seperately without salt, drain and leave to cool.
- When all ingredients are cool, add salad dressing and serve. Enjoy!
Chef's Tip: Replace fresh peas with drained, canned peas.
